I enjoyed stay in aryaduta hotel, check in fast and check out too. everybody is so helpful and polite, me and my family enjoy the swimming pool facility that have warm water. my suggestion is to operate all elevator especially with this covid procedure, there is 3 elevator but only 2 working, so its too long to wait especially during peak hours

Despite the building look likes old, but the room was impressive. interior room was modern, homey and feel comfortable. the room facilities went smoothly despite the blower in the bathroom. they had huge television inside the room, despite the old version but it was great watching television in the room with the big screen. I visited on Monday, to prevent more guests and crowded and yeah, the situation still normal, no crowded everywhere in the pool, restaurant, lobby or other hotel facilities for breakfast, they didn't had more menu, but every menu that they served had good taste. I like the cake, the taste was incredible. overall me, my wife and my daughter very satisfied during our staycation at Aryaduta Hotel and hopefully we could come back to the next staycation. thank you all of staff, your are very helpful and very welcome. good job

My family and I really like Arya Duta Bandung, last year we stayed and then came back, Arya Duta has made a lot of improvements, check-in and check-out times are fast, I arrived in the afternoon, the staff was quick to help carry my things even though it was busy, no need to worry while checking in, the main thing is that I accompanied my children to join the children's activities on the 3rd floor, this is free, the room is spacious, big, comfortable, complete amenities, basically it's really good, lots of facilities, and the breakfast is really delicious with lots of variations, fresh juice and a kid's corner especially for children, it's cool that there's a fountain, katsu, bitterballen are really delicious, last year there weren't any, if I go to Bandung I want to come here again, keep improving Arya Duta's facilities, request is also immediately available or not Waiting a long time means everything has been prepared well, thanks Arya Duta Bandung, keep excellent always.

The Aryaduta was formerly the Grand Hyatt Bandung. It's strategically located behind Bandung Indah Plaza. The rooms are quite spacious, with bathtubs in every room. The lobby is very nice. The breakfast selection needs improvement, though.

An older hotel, but still well-maintained. It's still comfortable. I've been coming back and forth to this hotel for events since college in 2004. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the food there yesterday because I was in a hurry to check out after the event.

Pillows made of dacron fiber need to be washed more frequently. The pillows still smell of sweat from the previous user. The pillowcases and sheets are grayish (a dirty impression), no longer white. The carpet should be padded with approximately 10mm of foam to prevent the concrete from feeling rough and bumpy.

I was assigned a smoking floor even though the room I booked was actually non-smoking. Aryaduta was very accommodating, accommodating my needs with a baby, and even finding another room on the non-smoking floor, even a free upgrade. Highly recommend the service.

The location is strategic, with plenty of eateries nearby. The room was generally clean, but the carpet had a lot of stains. Breakfast wasn't crowded, and the menu was varied and tasty. The most unpleasant experience was check-in. We arrived at 2:00 PM, but the room wasn't ready. After waiting 2.5 hours, we were finally able to check in. It was a long wait.

My family and I booked a room on June 24, 2025, for a stay between July 4 and July 5, 2025, with a Deluxe room with one large bed. However, upon check-in, we were given a Deluxe room with twin beds, claiming the rooms were already full. We were very disappointed with the hotel's arbitrary change of room even though we had already booked on June 24, 2025.
