Booked here to celebrate an achievement, and did not disappointed. The staffs was very friendly, helpful, and respectful. Had a great experience here, got a free room upgrade and free cakes. Stay in hotel Borobudur for a family staycation, we get a spacious room, complete facilities and a large playground and pool. Special credit to all staff in Borobudur especially Ms Yuli for the warm welcome and giving us an early check in and Ria escort us to the room and explain about the hotel facilities with a friendly gesture. Mr Handian and Herman from housekeeping always offer the guest need before I ask, Mr. Gerry explains about hotel facilities before I check in by phone with his friendly voice and Rizky who deliver our food explain about the ingredients even only the simple order, also the friendly 2 guys from maintenance who helping with the TV channel. Thank you for the hospitality, such an honour to be treated so nicely, definitely come back to this hotel Soon.

A truly nice experience. The hotel is located right in the middle of Jakarta, on the same street as Sarinah I believe. Not too far from Gambir either and it's just gonna a 15-minute walk to Bundaran HI. The hotel is really nice, it's classy but cosy and the hallways smell really nice as well. The room was nice, it's not that small and everything seems very clean & well-maintained. The design was rather minimalist and classy. Breakfast was good, WIFI was fast, shower was nice, I really don't have anything bad to say. The only thing I noticed is that the restaurant feels a little bit small considering how many guests were staying but it wasn't that much of an issue for me. Overall, we had a great experience staying at the hotel and it was actually quite affordable considering the quality that we got compared to other similarly priced hotels in Jakarta. Would definitely come back and stay here again next time!

Thank you for great first impression from front office staff. This hotel may old. Breakfast as good as always. Lovely swimming pool. We got room as requested. High floor through tugu tani view. Our room is convenient enough. But, I guess this hotel need to maintain/repair small things such as chair, flushing, air conditioner, mini fridge, and tea spoons especially in my room 1605. Jacuzzi at pool is not too hot anymore as we expected. Despite the weakness, we will return for the next Staycation.

10 people stayed in the 3-bedroom unit: my mom, my brother, my sister & her husband & 3 children, my cousin, my husband, and me. We truly had a lovely time together. The rooms fit perfect for us. We cooked, we washed and dried our clothes, we watched movies, we swam, so many things we can do! The building management was kind enough to come to our room and give instructions on how to use the utilities at the unit. We stayed in other branches before, it's the same feel! We love it ❤️ Ascott never fails our big family staycation

Located in arguably the best part of the city, this hotel offers way more than it is currently priced. I personally like the lux atmosphere, decorations, and overall friendliness of the staff. This hotel feels brand new and more expensive that it actually is, and that is a great thing !. The room itself is spacious with the right amount of modern touch and luxury. My room has a quite large double beds and it's pretty comfy, though it'd better if bolsters are also provided, which unfortunately not the case. Standard amenities like water heates, coffee & tea, even a hair dryer was provided. The Wi-Fi was blazing fast and TV channels were plentiful with the presence of essential channels such as HBO, FOX, NAT GEO etc. Personally I had a very pleasant experience during my stay. Even at this price range, this hotel checked all my marks for a good business hotel. Even better in some areas than the more expensive hotels I must say. There are other hotels with similar prices which have the same qualities ( which aren't that many by the way ). But where this hotel shines is in it's strategic location ! So if you are doing a business travel and is looking for hotel with best "bang for your buck", I'll definitely recommend this one. Keep up the great work.

We were really pleased with our stay at the Ashley Tang as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed (free self laundry). Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Central Jakarta, and it is just round the corner from the street food market. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel 💪

First, check in process is quick like less than 5 minutes. The reception guy really fulfill my request. The room is large, toothbrush is friendly to my gum, not like any other hotels toothbrush. The pool is the best thing during my stay. Is quiet refreshing with best view of menteng/HI area. Definitely my best choice for hotel in downtown.

atm at the front yard
the nearest transjakarta halte is jembatan serong and kebon sirih (walkable distance)
the room is spacy, ac+wifi works, tv channel so so
all good
except the exhaust fan in the bathroom not working, hot water just warm, no bath mat
theres pool beside the main building which guest able to use start from 6am-10pm also night sky viewing

if you need to buy something
there is a convinient store behind the hotel, and you need circled around to reach it

Front office staff was very nice, they upgraded our bedroom because we needed an extra bed. But the pool staff was not there all the time, because he was alone and had many things to do. The hot water of the shower was barely warm, better in the bathtub. The bartender & barista were very nice too. Breakfast was nice, a lot of variety. Overall, it was a good stay.
