The location is near the city center, the place is clean and comfortable. The receptionist is beautiful and friendly, always success for Cozy 7A.

Stayed here because it was just to sleep. We were so tired that we went straight to bed. Checked in at 6 pm. Suddenly in the middle of the night while sleeping there was a sound of something falling in the bathroom. Only 2 people woke up but no one dared to look. There were 4 of us. When we looked in the morning, it turned out that the shower head had fallen to the floor with the shower hose still attached above. When we looked, it turned out that the shower drag had broken. So it was natural that only the head fell. No one had taken a shower since entering the hotel. We reported it in the morning, but were asked to compensate by saying it was our fault. Then they said they knew it would fall at night, why didn't they report it right away. The room was on the 3rd floor, so we probably woke up for that and reported it downstairs. Unless there was a room telephone in the room! Because we were the ones who suffered because it was difficult to take a shower. We had to use the toilet spray hose to shower! At least you should have provided comfort for the consumer with other alternatives, provide a bucket and a dipper like this. Not this! Checked out and immediately asked for compensation, not the problem of compensation. But if you don't feel like doing it, why should you change it? We argued to the manager and were told to meet us, but couldn't, only by phone. The manager didn't care, the point is that they still had to compensate by saying that no one knows whether it was really used or not. Then it was our turn to say that we didn't know whether it was really used or not, but they also checked it with you guys and gave no comment. This is a message, next time don't do this to other consumers. It's clear that the item was damaged first and then the responsibility was completely passed on to the consumer. The consumer will definitely feel very disadvantaged. Sorry, I have to be honest in reviewing this because the hotel is willing to let its rating drop by saying "please review it on the application."

The incline to the hotel is very steep, moreover the alley is also narrow so it is a bit difficult to climb. The family room is on the 3rd floor, which is a shame for pregnant women or elderly mothers. The AC is also lacking for a room as large as the family room

Overall okay, the hotel staff is friendly, really cozy as the name suggests.

New building, so everything is still good. There are plenty of parking spaces, but the parking lot is not finished yet, so getting in and out is still a bit difficult.

The hotel is still not ready, there are still many things that need to be added, if you order a family room, you will get the 3rd floor with manual stairs, there is no sink in the room, no place to hang towels, no telephone, when you ask for something that is not there, you have to go downstairs, the AC is not cold enough and slow to cool because the AC does not match the size of the room.
