Good service, spacious rooms, cool AC, close to Bungkul Park, easy to find food outside. Yesterday, I complained about a faulty TV remote, and it was immediately fixed. But the breakfast options weren't very good.

I occupied Room 5202: small worms came out of the bathroom floor, after I flushed the hot water, there were more, maybe from the drain or the cracks in the bathroom walls where there was a nest, then the hot shower water only turned on in the morning, besides the clock didn't work, the water wasn't hot, but warm. Please fix the facilities. When I first entered the room, it smelled musty, this is my first time staying at a hotel, even though this is said to be a 4-star hotel, it's actually better than other 3-star hotels I've stayed at before. Check in was fast, got a twin bed, coincidentally I like KL at hotels, got a twin bed. The kettle heater was leaking, went to the receptionist to get it replaced, the AC wasn't cold at first, but it got cold after a while. There is a pantry, the room is spacious, there is a microwave, a cold refrigerator, the bathroom is a bit narrow, no carpet which is good. The hotel is in front of Bungkul Park.

stay here for transit from Bali arrived really late at night at 1 am.. no welcome drink, they call you at 11 to remind check out at 12. the lighting in room so dark especially in the bathroom. breakfast not so much variety

spacious room, indoor pool, right when there are activities for children too. the service is extraordinary.. request for birthday greetings in the room is really well served. thank you very much 🫶🫶 hopefully continue to serve well. it's just a shame that parking the car is a bit difficult and maybe just one improvement, please clean the room, it's a bit dusty.
