The parking area is not very spacious so guests are confused about parking even though there is valet parking, otherwise it is sufficient.

Good service, spacious rooms, cool AC, close to Bungkul Park, easy to find food outside. Yesterday, I complained about a faulty TV remote, and it was immediately fixed. But the breakfast options weren't very good.

Car parking is limited, it's nice to park on the side of the road, easy to get out, rather than parking in the hotel yard area, it's difficult to get out behind, piled up with other guests' cars.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and the hotel situation is pleasant because it is close to the culinary delights of Taman Bungkul.

next time, maybe just take it here... it's quieter, more modern, and everything works well, like the hot shower, and the cool thing is there's Netflix... it's great for a single trip to rest or heal...

The hotel is close to the city center, quiet, and close to restaurants, a mosque, and the zoo. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the service is excellent and inviting.

It's quite clean, but the bathroom doesn't have a lock. There's also not enough lighting for the desk.

I occupied Room 5202: small worms came out of the bathroom floor, after I flushed the hot water, there were more, maybe from the drain or the cracks in the bathroom walls where there was a nest, then the hot shower water only turned on in the morning, besides the clock didn't work, the water wasn't hot, but warm. Please fix the facilities. When I first entered the room, it smelled musty, this is my first time staying at a hotel, even though this is said to be a 4-star hotel, it's actually better than other 3-star hotels I've stayed at before. Check in was fast, got a twin bed, coincidentally I like KL at hotels, got a twin bed. The kettle heater was leaking, went to the receptionist to get it replaced, the AC wasn't cold at first, but it got cold after a while. There is a pantry, the room is spacious, there is a microwave, a cold refrigerator, the bathroom is a bit narrow, no carpet which is good. The hotel is in front of Bungkul Park.

Feels like home, affordable price, complete facilities, child-friendly, free snacks every day, all staff are friendly and very helpful. The only suggestion is that the hot water kettle might be time to replace it with a new one.

It was really fun staying here. The price is okay and the room is really spacious.

stay here for transit from Bali arrived really late at night at 1 am.. no welcome drink, they call you at 11 to remind check out at 12. the lighting in room so dark especially in the bathroom. breakfast not so much variety
