Really nice hotel to stay with family. Clean, tidy, and comfortable. Located on strategic location and worth the price. Only two downside, that's is limited parking space and the room need improvement on soundproofing. Beside that it is a nice hotel

The hotel's location is quite strategic, especially if there is a need at the Charitas Hospital. The drawbacks are that the lighting in the room is very lacking and the AC is not cold enough, maybe only 1/2 pk. The breakfast tastes ordinary and the fried chicken is hard.

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is strategic in the middle of Palembang city, the rooms are fragrant and clean, the food is delicious and there are quite a lot of menus, but unfortunately the double bed is not too big so it doesn't fit small children 😄Next time, just add a twin bed.

interesting, only the room is not soundproof so it's like sleeping on the side of the road, the water from the shower doesn't have enough pressure and it's also a bit low because it's on the 4th floor, including the hot water being slow to heat up
