It was almost check out time, so the room was still cleaned, plus more mineral water... The towels and mat were also changed, it was clean 👌😊

The hotel staff was very friendly during the check-in and check-out process.

My husband and I used to love this hotel. Small, but had all we needed. But I feel disappointed with Dafam in my last stay. The pillows felt very old and not comfy. The bedding looks dirty, and the cushions even worse. i had to ask to change the pillow and bedsheet. They didn’t wash the drinking cups daily. I will not comeback again.

All is ok, only 1 thing that is not so good is the bath towel, it looks like the color is not clean / not white, aka the color is dull and I have asked for a replacement but I still get a dull one and the strange thing is how can a bathroom mat be cleaner, aka not dull

The hotel is strategically located, the staff are friendly, the standard rooms are clean (only the sheets and pillow cases are dull), the bathroom seems to be poorly maintained because the tap comes off easily, the flash toilet sometimes the water still comes out even after being turned off, the towels are dull in color.

I stayed on Sunday to Monday, requested a Hollywood bed in the reservation notes and repeated the OTS request because with these kids, eh they said it was full even though the other staff said there were a lot of empty rooms and it looked like there weren't 20 cars in the parking lot, where was it full 😂 Then I gave up and was given a regular double bed room, until I got to the top I was given a connecting room, complained and was told to upgrade because the double bed was full, there was a twin bed. Asked for Hollywood-in, it's okay to wait, but they didn't want to, still no solution other than paying 300k or giving up on the twin bed 🫩 I asked for a refund but they didn't want to, even though I was the one who lost out at 23.30 I had to find another hotel because I was too lazy to argue because I knew there were sooooo many empty rooms. Finally, without any shame or apology, I was given another room with a double bed, and there was another person who told me that there were so many rooms, the choices were all empty, mostly, lol, if you want to make money, don't be like this, given a makeshift room with the addition of availability, then ask for additional if you don't want the room. That excuse can be used at least on weekends, it's already a weekday, there are less than 20 cars parked, the staff themselves said that there are so many empty rooms 🤣👍🏻

We like to stay at this hotel because it is close to the apartment where our daughter lives while studying at ITS, the rooms are spacious and clean, the food is quite varied.

Friendly staff, when I was on my way home, I left something in the room, I was immediately chatted. I picked it up 3 days later but my stuff was safe at the reception 👍🏻.

Location close to Suramadu, easy access. Fast check-in process and friendly staff. Prices are also friendly. Rooms are quite spacious, bathrooms are clean.

The hotel's strategic location is near the C UNAIR campus, the hotel is close to the Dimsum Mbledos and Mie Mapan restaurants, and also close to Indomart.
