This was my second stay at the hotel, and coincidentally, both visits took place while the property was undergoing renovations. Although some common areas were still under construction, I was pleased to find that my room had already been fully refurbished. The newly renovated room was excellent—modern, clean, and very comfortable. The interior design felt fresh and well thought out, with updated furnishings, good lighting, and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Despite the ongoing works elsewhere in the hotel, noise levels were minimal, and the staff made every effort to ensure guests were not inconvenienced. Overall, I appreciate the improvements being made and look forward to seeing the hotel once the renovations are fully completed. I would certainly consider staying here again.

Since I came here with my children, they gave me a room on the third floor because it is near to their playground. The room exceeded my expectation, and just same exactly as how they put it on here. They have flexible check in late from 2pm-12am (if I’m not mistaken), so it was comfortable to know that I’d be fine to arrive late for getting my stuffs done first. It was very close to Blok M Plaza and the MRT station which is very convenience for anyone who needs to travel further than Blok M or Melawai area that can be reached by boarding the MRT. The room was super clean and neat, room service was excellent, and all staffs were super friendly. Although that I might suggest to the hotel that it will be better if you have put the bar for the aircon so it won’t look so unprepared to the guest and will be seen better (as seen on the picture I posted). And maybe fix the lamp near the entrance door also repaint some water spots on the ceiling on the room and bathroom to have it look more luxury. Other than those, I can say it is very recommended for you to stay. Keep it up and thank you for the great service!

The bedroom is nice, clean, but the staff may be forgotten to add another spoon since I found only 1 teaspoon for 2 cup of tea/coffee cup. And I cannot found soap inside the bathroom, only 2 shampoo available. Breakfast buffet just so-so, typically hotel breakfast minus sausages. Fitness center ac is not ON, so its quite hot that time. Swimming pool is on the rooftop. The plus point beside the clean room and nice cozy room is the hotel surrounded by so much restaurant, cafe, bar and supermarket also mall nearby. So its good to stay here and enjoy staycation at south Jakarta. Thanks Park Regis for memorable stay!

This is the best choice to choose for a short getaway like going to the concert near GBK, Senayan, Sudirman area because the connection to public transport like MRT and TransJakarta are easy to find, no need to walk far into the station. well, the room was nice, all the compliment was fine. maybe because of the pandemic, the breakfast only bread, not toast with the filling requested. and it was served to the room. quite near with the street food, because it is near the bus & train station maybe. the security and the staff was nice also. thank you.
