Old hotel but with excellent service. Followed the Health Protocol. Fast check in and checked out. Cooperative employees from front office, HK, and FB. All special request I've ordered full fill great fully. Connecting rooms (the view was spectacular) and Graduation treat. Thank You Aston Solo. It was my second visit and will be visit again.

I ordered family room which contains 3 single bed. The room is clean and comfort enough. The facilities in the room were complete. I love the breakfast that they are served, it has various menus and it has good taste. Also, The staff over there is friendly. Grand HAP maybe is not a big hotel but the facilities is very complete, there are swimming pool, fitness center and spa. I would stay in Grand HAP if I visit solo again.

Location is very good, staff very helpful and quick response, room is very spacious, clean, air-con is cold enough, bed is very comfortable. Hope they can keep up the cleanliness.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. From the lobby to the room was smell so good. The room is excellent with good modern interior design, huge space, and clean. The Sheikh Zayed Mosque view from our Grand Deluxe Room is perfect. The staff are helpful. Thanks to mba Heni - reservation staff, who is very nice and helpful to arrange our connecting room request. Great place to stay whenever you visit Solo, very recomended👍

I love really staycation at Harris Hotel Solo. It’s Modern style and You should staying here when visiting SOLO. Specially ask for room with fly over room. You can see mountains of Merapi & Merbabu. Several times stayed here, one of my favorite and recommended place to stay when you're in Solo. Very good cleanliness, friendly staff, strategic locations for food or if you need to go anywhere
