This is our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we truly enjoyed our experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. The food was also excellent, with a variety of delicious menu options that we really enjoyed. I am celebrating my anniversary with my husband, and Gran Melia is the perfect place to have these special moments. From the moment I arrived, Ben escorted me to the red-level reception, and Ben was accommodating and attentive. He happily explained the perks of red level, and even after we parted ways, Ben sought out my husband, who arrived later from the parking lot and escorted him again upstairs. In the red-level lounge, I was greeted by Anas, who is one of the best hoteliers I have ever met. Anas is not only warm and welcoming, but her hospitality is also beyond what I have previously encountered. When I came back here, I wished Anas would be the one who helped me again! Donny also greeted and cared for me, who made such a good cup of coffee! Now the room, where should I start? They upgraded us for free to the deluxe suite; The room is gorgeous. The bathtub made my day as it 's enormous and very comfortable. They even gave me a small cake to celebrate my anniversary. On top of that, they gifted me vouchers to dine at Yoshi Izakaya (my and my husband 's favorite Japanese restaurant), so this time, I was pampered by Gran Melia. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and I am 100 % will be back to stay in the red-level rooms again. Thank you, Gran Melia Jakarta!

Nginep di Horison Ultima Rasuna pas business trip tuh nyaman banget. Kamarnya luas, ada ruang kerja dan ruang tamu sendiri, jadi bisa tetap produktif tanpa terasa sumpek. Ada dapur juga, lumayan kalau mau masak ringan atau sekadar bikin kopi sendiri.
Lokasinya strategis banget deket ke perkantoran di Kuningan, akses ke mana-mana gampang, dan Grab gampang banget dijemput. Wifi lancar, stafnya ramah dan sigap, dan suasana hotel tenang, jadi bisa kerja sambil tetap santai.
Cocok banget buat yang butuh tempat tinggal sementara di Jakarta buat urusan kerja tapi tetap mau rasa nyaman kayak di rumah.

1. It was located in the middle of the citizen's residential area, near Jl. Hour. Rasuna Said as the main road. But it was surrounded by office buildings, shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, and also accessible by public transportation (TransJakarta & LRT). It was actually quite far from the main road, so you need to take a walk or hitchhike a ride to get there. 2. The room wasn't quite big but spacious enough. I booked a Deluxe Room, but I got a free upgrade to the Executive Room which of course is bigger. Actually both types of the rooms are quite similar, the only difference is that the Executive Room has a single sofa at the corner of the room. There was a wall-size window that could be opened, which had a very tiny space without any view but a wall, perhaps it was made for smokers to smoke. Surprisingly, the room has a microwave to reheat your food. Unfortunately, the room was a bit unclean. I could feel the dust on the blanket and the linen. The Air Conditioner was not as cold as it was expected. 3. The bathroom was on the right side of the door, and it was really small. The hose-spray attached to the toilet flew a high power of water. The shower tube was so small, and it was quite hard for me to move my body, especially when I needed to reach some difficult parts of my body to be cleaned. The hosed-shower was adjustable, but the wall and a glass door which separate the shower tube and the toilet & wastafel were only built three quarters, which made the toilet and wastafel got some splashes. Fortunately, The water heater was working as well. 4. The breakfast was delivered to my room. Actually there was a restaurant at the top of the building but I wasn't sure whether it also served breakfast for the hotel's guests or it was only open for the public at night. I went to that rooftop restaurant to breathe some fresh air and taste some food. Well, the food was delicious but for the price it was a bit too expensive. 5. All the staff were nice, polite, warm and very helpful. But I wasn't sure whether I would have another night there again.

+ room was great, services were somewhat good, but the view is absolutely awesome. water and AC runs perfectly. - I booked a non smoking room but got smoking room (the tobacco from the occupants is so strong). also got some problems from person in front of me (he took a lots of time to check in (almost 30 mins since I got in front of the receptionist)). overall it's good, only got bad experience from inevitable cause.
