Thank God, we were given a connecting room because there were religious activities from other guests, they were afraid that their rest would be disturbed. So I can't give a review of the room I ordered 👌 OK, when I looked at it the room had been upgraded to a better one. 😁.

The hotel room is as expected according to the picture. Requests with 2 adjacent rooms are given in one house. Very okay. The complex and rooms are clean, hot water in the morning is ok. ONLY no towels were provided, and the window locks could probably be repaired - although they are safe. Overall ok.

Room conditions do not match the advertisements, seem dirty and poorly maintained, the bathroom is also dirty, there is no bathtub like the advertisement. AC won't turn on.

All the services are bad, order a family room with 2 beds, 1 bed doesn't have a blanket, there's no hot water even though there is a faucet, he said that the guard "from the system is like that", came in the afternoon and it rained until there had to take a shower with cold water, where to take the toddlers. The AC drain pipe is also placed in the room, so it looks dirty. There is only a table without a chair, the power plug is too high, the drain in the bathroom is clogged, if you take a shower the water must be swollen. Only one towel was given even though the order was for 2 guests. Genuinely the worst place to stay I've ever been.

Very disappointed, when he arrived the hotel was like a building that didn't take care of it, the clerk without greeting was just cool on the phone. There are guests even just sit back and relax. Then he was escorted to his shocked room to his dirty room with lots of things that were not used. And when you enter the room is dirty and messy. It's different from being photographed, it's much different, as if this hotel is deceptive. The room and place is rich in warehouses. The bed is dirty dust, the pillow is really dirty, it's not worth it, the cupboard is broken and dirty, the badcover is really dirty. The toilet is dirty and not maintained. There is no hot water. Toiletries are perfunctory. Broken towels. I stay here feel insulted aj. Even though we pay and rent the hotel to rest and get good service, it turns out that here it is even worse. Please, OYO is even more stringent in collaborating with hotels. As far as I know, those who work with OYO are clean and have good service. This can't be called a hotel. I am disappointed and hurt. At 3 am I rushed out of the hotel because it was itchy and couldn't sleep. Sorry I am very disappointed with this hotel. The treveloka please be selective to choose a decent hotel. Take a look at the photos I took and the advertised photos. Very deceiving and condescending stay.
