Staff Assistance: The staff are very helpful in providing information needed, both regarding hotel facilities and the surrounding area. Price: The price is quite reasonable considering the facilities, location, and service. Location: The location is quite good, not far from restaurants, close to ATMs, Indomaret, and the police station, which increases the sense of security.

I had a very pleasant stay at Kampioen Bed & Breakfast. The property is located in a highly strategic area and is very easy to access, which made my travel arrangements smooth and efficient. The hospitality shown by the staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. Due to time constraints, I booked a room without breakfast, so I am unable to comment on the hotel’s meals. Nevertheless, my overall experience was excellent, and I had no complaints at all during my stay. Once a month I have a business trip and anything else in Jakarta and Jababeka, but I always prefer to stay here for a few days every month. The location, service, and the special thing is the quiet hotel environment, which inspires me to write. Almost all the staff know each other by heart, and I really appreciate this, it means they serve from the heart, not just carrying out SOPs!!! Many hotels forget to "put" their heart into service, Artotel Cikarang does it well. From the staff to the security guards, they are friendly, human-friendly, not "robotic" friendly like most hotels... Thanks Artotel, I will include it in my book... See you next month.

There's also a photo booth, and there was live music when I came on the weekend. This is my second visit. The first time I had Christmas dinner here, it was very memorable. Second time staying here, because of its strategic location, close to Grage Mall and many delicious culinary around (Nasi Jamblang, Bakso Malang, Lontong Sayur). I booked the Grand Deluxe, the room was very clean. Smells good... The bathroom is also clean. The staff is friendly, always smiles and greets every time we meet. It was a perfect stay, even though it was only for one night. The staff were very friendly. I arrived at the hotel around 12pm, and they kindly allowed me to check in right away. The room was spacious, featuring a large sofa bed by the window with a beautiful mountain view from the 12th floor. The swimming pool was also very comfortable, with pleasantly warm water. The location made the stay even better, as the hotel is just a short walk from Braga Street.

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.
