The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was quite clean with complete amenities, especially with the automatic curtain. The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, as some corners had stubborn stains, and in the toilet area, water pooled on the bathroom floor instead of draining. The lobby itself was quite comfortable, but I found the lighting inadequate. I didn't have a problem with parking because I used valet, so I didn't know where the parking was located or what the parking conditions were. The restaurant was comfortable, and the staff were quite helpful. Food was no problem at all, but if the menu was out of stock, the wait for a refill was quite long. The public facilities were quite complete and there were no issues at all.

The location is very strategic because it is connected to the mall, the rooms are spacious, amenities & snacks are free and are always refilled even if they are not used before, the warm water pool makes the kids even more comfortable swimming, it's a shame the pool and kids club only last until 6 pm

From my experience with hotel service, it's good, the staff is friendly. The only problem was during check-in. There weren't enough lines to handle customers, and each customer had to wait at least 10-15 minutes for their turn. The facilities were generally okay, but when I stayed in room 1408, the sink appeared cracked and had silicone glue on it. For a hotel of this class, it would be a good idea to replace it completely, as it made the room uncomfortable and resulted in a negative rating. Another thing about the carpet in the lobby and the hotel rooms, it seems to need some serious maintenance. My son ran around the room wearing white socks. A few minutes later, his socks turned slightly brown, proving the hotel carpet wasn't clean. I'm not making this comment to criticize or spread negative rumors, because overall, I'm satisfied with this hotel, which is why I return every time I visit Bandung. It's just a shame that from the moment I arrived and stayed here, until my recent stay, the hotel looked and felt different. Hopefully, the hotel management will pay attention to the details of the hotel and its rooms. Thank you for the friendly service. Only one thing remains the same, the smiles from each staff member that I rarely get.

The hotel is ok. The room is spacious, it's a shame it's not soundproof, because the people in the next room can be heard talking, especially when there's live music, it's really loud. The breakfast food is ok, there's a lot of variety, only the taste needs to be improved.

Have stayed at this hotel several times but every time there are always shortcomings compared to previous experiences. For example, there used to always be bath bombs to use in the bathtub, yesterday there were none. The first time I stayed there were free snacks in the minibar, now there are none. For the friendliness and service of the staff, it remains one of the best, the comfort of the room is also maintained. However, for the same price, we can get more things in other hotels in Bandung, for example a minibar, more soap, not small bottles, and what I regret most is that there are no more bath bombs. In addition, for the breakfast experience, the chairs and dining tables in the 18th floor restaurant are very uncomfortable because they are short sofas and high tables. Another thing that I was a bit disappointed about was that our request to check out at 13.00 could not be accepted. It's not something wrong, but I was just disappointed that even a small thing like that could not be provided.
