The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly(thanks especially to Alice and Manuel). Our room was spacious and comfortable and the premises were immaculate. We especially enjoyed the continental breakfast. It was an impressive spread. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Hotel is excellent. Stayed beginning of June so a little quieter but couldn’t fault it. Arrived early and able to park car whilst went hiking. Utilised spa on return.. hotel supply towels, flip flops and robe. Only used the inside pool which is actually nice and cool as the spa area is very warm. Spa treatments are available but didn’t use. Free cakes and fruit served 3:30-5pm daily. I’d recommend booking the half board as really good selection and saves leaving hotel, especially in quiet weeks. Breakfast has great Selection. Staff were great so couldn’t fault. Also had free public transport code for duration of stay.. didn’t utilise but nice bonus.

This property is very nice from the amazing friendly staff, to the afternoon tea offerings to the breakfast and the half board which is a very good value. Also had a great massage and enjoyed the outdoor pool during my stay. No complaints.

The hotel was so lovely. Staff very accommodating. The property itself is beautiful and convenient with onsite parking. We got a room with a view to Alpe di Siusi. The location is perfect and so easy to get to Seceda or Alpe di Siusi within a short walk. We got the half board and the dinner experience was great. I loved this hotel and their staff so much. Will definitely stay here next time in Ortisei.

The Internet accèss is terrible, worse than the old dial up of 15-20 years ago. They often do not answer the phone. After trying to call for service and not getting thru, I walked downstairs to see that no one was on the phone. My requests for more complimentary water for the additional days that I stayed were ignored. My request to not have room service were ignored. When I complained that the service was bad, I was told by the owner to get out at a time when I had additional days to stay there reserved and paid for. The restaurant over charges. I would never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it.
