This hotel is up from the city in the hills. There is no place to walk to.
The restaurant buffet was fabulous if you like Japanese food. Huge selection.
The room was average.
The soaking tub was outside with three pools. Most people come to dinner in their robes, ready for soaking.
Would stay again, especially for the restaurant.

大人3人小学生2人でお世話になりました。ビュッフェは品揃えも多く、朝夕共に大満足でした。お風呂は期待し過ぎてしまい少し想像と違いましたが、夜はドリンクやアイスキャンディーのサービスがあり、ありがたかったです。また機会があったらお世話になりたいです。

但是房間內算很用心打掃過
澡堂男女湯好像每天都會互換
算是可以看不同景色
所以建議早晚都要去泡湯
早午餐都是吃buffet
餐點真的有經驗到我
晚餐還有看到蟹腳
缺點的話則是房間內浴室廁所偏小

会津若松駅で送迎バスを予約していましたが電車の運休で会津若松駅まで行けず西若松駅止まりでした。
西若松駅でバスも運休、タクシーも乗れず送迎バスをキャンセルし雪道を徒歩でホテル迄行きました。
ホテルの方々が早朝５時に交通状況を把握していたのなら連絡してもらうか送迎バスを臨機応変に対応して頂けたら嬉しかったです。
子供の誕生日祝いでご利用させてもらい道中何事も無く無事ホテル迄着いたので良かったです。
ワンドリンクありがとうございました。

酒店翻新過，房間開揚舒服。酒店有提供接駁巴士到JR站。另外會津巴士附近也有站，尚算方便。早晚餐都是自己餐，正常。溫泉很舒服。預訂價錢不貴，CP值高。

ただ、以前お伺いした時に比べて食事（特にデザート）はグレードダウンした感じでした。

我喜歡：
-酒店的房間很大, 很整潔, 空調很涼快
-酒店的內裝很美觀很講究
-房間的市景觀非常美
-兩個露天風呂非常大,非常有特色
-酒店內的商店很大, 很多商品出售
-酒店附設很多免費車位
-酒店距離市中心還不太遠
不喜歡：
-酒店正門外有樓梯, 搬運行李相當不方便, 還好的就是服務員會協助搬運
-酒店的自助早餐及晚餐, 味道及款式還可以, 但不算得高水準

スタッフの方々が親切で、次の日の観光の為送迎バスのアドバイスもしてくださいました。
夕食朝食のビュッフェも種類も豊富で地元のお料理も沢山食べることができ満足です。
大浴場も朝風呂が景色がよく最高でした。ありがとうございました。

スタッフの皆さん とても親切で感じが良かったです。
特に 食事処の ホールスタッフの方たちが、使用後のテーブルの消毒をする時に 消毒液とダスターで真剣なまなざしでセットアップをしていたその姿勢が素晴らしかったです。また 東北の人達らしく お客さん達からの言葉に 声は小さめでしたが、敬意にあふれた口調と姿勢に 安らぎを感じました。なぜなら 声高に食事やホテルの評価をしていた人達に辟易しているところに スタッフの優しい上品なふるまいや応対が心を癒してくれたからでした。
