We went there for our 13th anniversary and had a wonderful experiences. The staff and hospitality are great! We also had our anniversary dinner at the Contango. Wide selection of buffet spread and delicious too, especially the dessert.

Staffs are so nice, very informative, fast check in & check out. The room is big enough & bed so comfy. Complimentary drink in room is the best, they even prepare paper cup just in case we want to take away the coffee or tea.

Everything was closed. Just to problem when come by car there is no parking for hotel guest. You need to get by your own. All staffs are friendly and helpful even the housekeeping. Very well greetings. Restaurant just down the hotel, even 7e or any supermarket just close by.

Actually this is a hidden gem hotel in Kuala Lumpur Sentral Area. Located exactly opposite of Nu Sentral Mall (which is connected to Kuala Lumpur sentral Station, Kuala Lumpur main transportation hub). If you are looking a room just for night sleep (no need a good town view or pool view) this will be a very good choice since the room rate is very economical and the location is superb. From KLIA we can take KLIA express to Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station then enter to Nu Sentral Mall to reach this hotel. We can use a very decent overhead bridges to cross the street. The room is tiny but (my room is without window) the amenities are complete. From electric water kettle, hot and cold shower water, tea and coffee, high speed Wi-Fi. This hotel also provide shared water dispenser and ironing board for guest. Instead of spending more money on fancy hotel which you leave in the morning then back again at night for sleep, you can choose this hotel to save your accommodation budget. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

It's possible to do early check in (the initial was at 3pm, but I got in at around 11am). Clean room, quite spacious, complete bath amenities and other compliments. But the room isn't soundproof because you can clearly hear the elevator which is about 3/4 rooms far. Moreover it's surrounded by restaurants and supermarket, the Kuala Lumpur sentral also within walking distance, so it's very convenient for travelers who are mostly use public transport to commute. Overall it's a good experience staying here.
