This is our 3rd visit at Holiday Inn JBCC. Choose this place cause of the strategic location. Bonus, their staff have been really friendly and easy to interact with. They are also very attentive towards our needs.

Holiday Inn JBCC is a fantastic hotel. The ambiance is great from the check-in counter to the lift and passage to the room, and the cozy room itself with nice views of the city. The room interior design is comfortable and practical, and safety is a top priority. When I travel to JB city the next trip, I will certainly return to Holiday Inn hotel. I have snapped several nice photos but unfortunately cannot download them without my mobile phone cable.

Highly recommended if you stay in Johor Baru. The hotel is quite large and very clean, the staff are very friendly both at the reception and the restaurant. But the main factor that I really like is the LOCATION. Flanked by 2 fairly large malls, the position is right in front of JB Sentral connected by a pedestrian bridge, in the morning you can take a morning walk in the area around the hotel there are Jalan Tan Hiok Knee and Wong A Fok. At night you can go to the Karat Bazaar. If you want to go to Singapore, just cross to JB Sentral and then take a bus or train. Very pleasant.

Super convenient to walk over from JB Sentral station and the 2 malls (City Square and Komtar) are just beside the hotel.
Room (King-size) is spacious and very clean
Overall the hotel is clean and staffs are friendly. Highly recommended.

Everything is great! especially the front desk Ms Kathrine. The only downside was one of the lift is not functioning leading to a long wait for the lift.
Can see they are putting in efforts to improve the breakfast with teh terik and juicing station.

Holiday inn hotel- room is always clean,bed is comfortable even the roll out extra bed is comfortable. The Aircon is very good. Housekeeping service is good. Holiday inn hotel is always our first choice when we are in JB. As a IHG member I always have back the same room as we always request.

Good and comfortable stay but the lifts were not working unfortunately during our stay and it was a bit troublesome. But the hotel staff did their best to help us transfer to their service lift instead.

Hope that the staff is more atrentive to guest's request made during booking. I requested an extra bed during booking and even paid for it during check-in. But the extra bed was not even prepared when we went into the room. Had to wait awhile for the additional bed to be sent to the room. Just shows poor communication among the staff.

It was fully booked so it took a little longer to check in. They made up for it with free drinks and a slightly later check out. What I appreciated the most was the extra touch of providing a fold out sofa bed already fully made, for the kids in our suite! Really thoughtful!
