Dear Sir/Madam, This is my review of my stay from February 12 to February 13, 2025. Our stay was for my son, as that week was the last week of his school holiday. I was really surprised by how comfortable everything was, from check-in to check-out. The welcoming vibe I received was beyond my expectations. The lobby staff assisted me with everything until I arrived at my room. The room I received was super clean, and my son absolutely loved it, especially the bathroom. The mattress was comfortable and smelled fresh. He also really enjoyed the swimming pool and kids’ club. The highlight of our stay was your breakfast spread. All the food was well-prepared, with plenty of choices—I didn’t even know where to start! We tried the nasi lemak, kimbap, Indian section, omelet station, coffee, and juice. Everything tasted like it was cooked with love. Your staff was also very helpful, especially since it was just me and my son. Thank you for your hospitality. Best regards, Sheila Athirah

If you're looking for a nice neighborhood and vicinity to places such as a mall, food stalls, public parks, this is the best hotel. It's a bit far from Kuala Lumpur city center, but I took Grab from the Hotel to Cyberjaya/Putrajaya Train station (10 minutes drive) then head to Kuala Lumpur by KLIA express train, 17 minutes to KLCC. You can find everything you need in the DPulze Mall. Had a working microwave, fridge, stove, kettle, which was perfect! They provide us with amenities and utensils as well. Will stay here again in the future.

What I can say is everything was perfect. Kudos to the receptionist named Aizat for the great front desk service! The environment, ambiance, accessibility was perfect. The hotel turned out to be perfectly located right across from the Putra Permai LRT station, making it incredibly easy to get around. Just a short walk away was Nasi Kandar Ad-Dhuha, where I had one of the most delicious Mee Goreng Mamak I’ve ever tasted — the kind that makes you want to go back the next day. There was also a small surau nearby, tucked on the second floor of the building opposite The Atmosphere pickleball courts, making it convenient for prayers. Back at the hotel, the Wi-Fi connection was surprisingly strong and steady, perfect for winding down with some work or a bit of streaming after a long day out.

One of the highlights of my stay was the bathtub – clean, comfortable, and very well designed.
