Overlooking the Sea of Cortez, it transitions from lively to tranquil as you move through the levels. Attendants seemed to anticipate every need—whether it was an iced eucalyptus towel, sunglasses cleaning, or a refreshing beverage. What truly elevates Chileno Bay is the service: warm, sincere, and absolutely seamless. Staff greeted us by name and remembered our preferences without us asking twice. It’s luxury that feels human.
