Good location close to bus and train station. Lovely breakfast

Unfortunately, and for reasons unknown, our room was not cleaned during our stay. There was also no telephone in the room, and to request any service I had to use my cell phone. The staff was very attentive and helpful at all times.

Amazing stay. The breakfast was the best breakfast experience of my life. Clean place. Shower is fold out so it can be slightly inconvenient due to wet floor, no shelves, and the shower head wouldn’t hold in place. Everything else was perfect.

The hotel has a lovely modern fresh clean look. Staff were all helpful if anything was required. We found our room to have few sockets for plugging in the kettle and a big broken lamp that took up space and 2 broken bulbs. The wardrobe was very thin with insufficient space to unpack for our 4 nights, we had to put shoes on after a shower as there were no bath mats and the floor was soaking. The tv was mounted on a wall that was nowhere near the bed so you had to sit in front if the toilet to watch it. Breakfast was great, a huge offering. Only eggs as a hot option for vegetarians for breakfast - cooked to perfection. Hotel is located in great spot as a base to discover Bergen, transport links are terrific.

I stayed at this Scandic hotel for a couple of days after completing the Norway in a Nutshell trip from Oslo to Flåm to Bergen. The location is excellent, the property is clean and well-maintained, and the staff service is top-notch. Overall, it offers great value.

Lovely hotel. Clean and great location. After 4 days the repetitive breakfast was draining but definitely worth the money.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Giselda front of house in the Breakfast restaurant was so welcoming it made me feel at home it was amazing how she remembered my name, prety impressive with the number of residents staying there in the hotel. Gave me a lovely send off .Frederick at the bar was professional, hard working and knowledgeable. The Breakfast was amazing with the choice , quality considering how many residents they had staying. All in all I didn't say goodbye, just until we meet again.

A wonderful Christmas spent at this friendly hotel! Welcoming reception staff, an absolutely brilliant bar tender who was kind to me and made me feel at home. Great breakfast, clean room, quiet and peaceful. Easy to walk into central Bergen in 10 mins!

The hotel is centrally located in Bergen. You can easily walk to most places or take the light rail or bus. The breakfast menu is extensive and a great way to start the day.

The check-in clerk could not find my reservation.

The room was in disrepair. We got a room accommodated for wheelchair use and it was a disaster. There was a broken window we could not close, the bathroom setup was awful, the phone did not work (to try to reach reception, housekeeping) and the duvet was dirty - disgusting actually, with blood stains on it! It did have a cover on it, which we removed to use because it was too hot. Even with a cover, this duvet should have been sent for cleaning. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and we were too tired to try and switch rooms; otherwise I would have not stayed in this room. It was NOT what I booked on Expedia. The breakfast was really good and the staff at the front desk were professional and pleasant.

The hotel website clearly states that children under 12 stays free, but we were asked to pay and upgrade the room which is ridiculous..not happy at all with the service

This hotel was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was amazing and their patio on the upper floor, provided a beautiful of the city and the sunset.
