Great location. Very clean, large rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room smelled like weed as soon as we got inside, when we asked to switch room, the receptionist said he couldn’t help us and that the hotel was fully booked. He said there’s no help at night and to wait till the next day. I tried to explain to him that the smell was so strong, but he looked at me nonchalantly and basically told me to sleep it off. When I got inside the room I checked the website to check in again for the same room and it says there were still a couple rooms left in the hotel. They were definitely dishonest and seemed lazy to help out. This was the worst customer service and hotel you can pay for around the area. The room was literally like a box, it was very claustrophobic in there even though it says it was good for 2 people. Then again around 7am I woke up to a very strong cigarette smell, I literally tried to ignore it by sleeping under the blanket for half an hour until I decided it’s better to just wake up and get out of there. If you have asthma or have breathing problems DO NOT COME HERE, they don’t care about your health. They just want your money. Might as well spend extra for comfort and great service elsewhere. The pictures was also very misleading. The receptionist working were not equipped with proper skills on how to handle the situation, even when I spoke to someone the next day she didn’t offer even an apology. Management needs to do better by training their staffs. Stay away.

The only good suggestion is a mattress pad I. Room 603 and place a safe in the room!!

Freindly helpful staff and nice place to stay for short stay

It is a very convenient location few steps away from La Rambla but a very basic room for $300 /night.

Very nice, new appliances. Very modern and clean.

Excellent location. Everything is close by. Shopping, restaurants, transportation. Very easy to take the metro. Only problem is we found the room was very small.

Close to las ramblas

When we checked in, Manuel was very helpful and friendly. Our room was small and cozy but big enough for my 2 kids and I. It was very clean and we loved the big shower. The location was amazing. 2 mins walk to Liceu metro station. 1 min walk to La Rambla and all the restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and the room was still quiet. Highly recommend! Thank you for am amazing stay.

Great location! Everything is walking distance lots of restaurants, shopping. La Ramblas strip is very close to our hotel which made things easier which was great. The hotel very clean bed comfortable shower clean. Overall lovely place & area.

El aire acondicionado no funciona, si la temperatura afuera es de 21 grados o menos, camas malas, almohadas malas, no limpian bien las habitaciones

Good location

Payed extra for bigger room with balcony, not even 1 hours A/C stops working, we notify personal downstairs, she said they're working on it and gave us fan sayingit'sbetterthanA/C, fast forward 3 day's passed still no A/C , and they wouldn't change our room, on 4th day after making big seen downstairs finally they downgrade us with smaller rooms but with A/C working, definitely not worth the price, it's not even hotel.
