Terrible hotel, falling apart in every room and management that can't even use their computers. Interrupted 2 nights in a row because they tried to rebook my room, with me still in it. My last night i returned to the room after work to my affects removed to the lobby office and a note of a completely different person in their computer in my room. The front desk found my written copy off my stay only after i presented the booking reservation and check in on my phone. I wish i had taken photos so more people would stay away.

Very dirty! Took several hours to get our rooms due to staffing problems. Told that everyone walked off job by front desk girl, who then walked off job. The manager came in and worked for 2 days straight cleaning rooms and trying to get the hoards of people sleeping in the lobby to rooms. Very shabby place but I commend the manager for working so hard.

I actually didn’t even get to stay at this location. I stood in the lobby for over an hour waiting to check in, without any information from any hotel staff. I was on a trip with my 14 year old daughter. After witnessing multiple people come back to the front desk after being given keys to rooms with people already in the room I did not feel safe and I left. I asked for a refund and the hotel management did not give it to me without any sort of explanation or reason for the denial. They also did not offer any apology or any sort of reparation based on the poor service and inconvenience my daughter and I experienced. Do not stay here for any reason. I’m sure that all aspects of this hotel reflect their particular stance of no guest concern or value.

Worst. Hotel. Experience. Ever. Front desk manager incompetent. Over booked, didn't clean any rooms so room not available, unwilling to do anything to help. Front desk manager put a desk clerk with four days work experience out front to deal with lobby full of customers. Expedia rebooked to a Best Western, which was perfect.

Did not get the room we booked for double beds. Got a king size bed because that’s all what was available. Waited to check in for 45 minutes. We left the property at 10 PM with small children because our room was not clean after notifying them twice to make it right. Cobwebs, bugs in bathroom and frig, pulled up carpet, stains on bedsheets, mold, unsanitary bathroom, and pubic hairs on sheets. There were two other gentleman with the exact same problem. While I was talking with these gentlemen and showing them pics of our room, I was told to leave the property. My children were crying and told me they did not feel safe staying there and didn’t want bugs crawling on them when they sleep. They wouldn’t use our bathroom either. We took off to get out of there so we could sleep at another hotel 10 miles away. I am contacting hotels.com as well as Clarion Corporate for a formal apology and a refund. RUN! Don’t stay here

We were told this facility was very nice in years past. We had reservations for 2 nights. After checking in, we immediately made a decision to find other accommodations. We’ve never done that before but conditions of facility and room led us to make other plans.

Trash, dirty, the whole building smelled VERY strongly of weed. Carpet was STICK ON THE WHOLE FLOOR. BUILDING WAS VERY DIRTY EVERYWHERE. Super ran down. Shady people all around and in hotel.
