We enjoyed our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was close to several restaurants. They had a nice continental breakfast too. It was quite although we could here some traffic at times. Nothing that kept us up.

Check in was ok but printer didn't work so couldn't sign their check in docs. Parking is crowded and small. Room was good size, bed comfortable and shower was great. Tv did not work at all which was annoying. No one available to check out and sign their form when we left at 530am so just left keys in their bowl. Location from I10 was good, may consider trying again.

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, although I requested non smoking, as we’re non smokers, and had to sign a waiver that we wouldn’t smoke in the room.
Common areas very dirty. Elevator floor was filthy, looked like feces in the corner of the elevator floor, and was never cleaned throughout out 3 night stay, as well as the corridor floors.

The hotel is a cute boutique hotel and we have stayed multiple times throughout the past five years. It’s conveniently located off the highway and near a variety of restaurants. However, there has been a decline in the cleanliness of the hotel. The carpet throughout the property and the elevator can use some attention. The staff is always pleasant and that’s a bonus.

Stayed for one night and i wiuld recommend this place for an overnight stay. The AC was very loud in the room was a downside but everything seemed to be clean and room was small and compact but good for what we needed it. We didnt have iasues with the staff but i did over hear some issues and the staff didnt really seem to give the best answers to remedy the situation, one situation being incorrectly charging a customer and wasnt very friendly aboht the situation.

The reviews are NOT correct about this hotel. The area is not that great. The hotel is not that great either. Dirty carpet, found spider and little beetle bugs, desk and bench were filthy, tub didn't drain while taking a shower. The only thing that was correct is that the bed was comfortable.
Although the front desk person was very nice, I asked if I could cancel my stay when I first checked in, but he stated I had to ask 3rd party which is Hotels.com. So, I stayed 2 out of the 3 nights I was there for my daughters orientation at the University and when I asked the front desk if I could have a refund for my last night, he said I had to ask Hotels.com. I asked Hotels.com and they then told me that it was the Clarion that would have to ok a refund. It was not nice that the front desk lied to me and said that they couldn't do it because I went through a 3rd party, when they actually could. Will not stay here again.

Our first room was filthy someone socks were in the bed. Stains on the sheets of both beds. The second room had WiFi issues bedding of one bed was stained . Rooms only cleaned upon your nightly request and we were there for five days without being informed of that.

Good location, that's it. Oddly furnished, dirty and dingy lobby and elevator. Rooms were clean but bed wasn't comfortable and there were lots of loud guests in the hall at night and the breakfast was laid out by someone not wearing gloves. The water dispenser had warm, brown water in it. I did use one of their cups to warm up my own bottle of water (they sell a small bottle of Fiji water for $3) in the the microwave and I started to smell smoke. The cup started burning. Never saw a paper cup close to burning in a microwave in the under a minute. We got out fast!
