The only thing that was not pleasant was the mid day calls every day we stood for timeshares.other then that everything was perfect besides the weather.

We did an amazing stay at cancun, all the staff are friendly and easy to talk with espicially the front desk named Michael he helps me a lot and let me check in early..overall highly recommend and just a heads up to all those future guest that's want a jacuzzi on a balcony they dont offer that anymore all of their penthouse their is no jacuzzi in it

Property was nice from the outside .. but facilities were very outdated inside for being a Hilton , room service only consisted of only taking out the trash and providing towels, bed were never made , room not vacummed ,ect ect. During my stay I never saw any cleaning staff anywhere around the premises. On top of all this they were very insistent on selling their time share on a facility that’s definitely not worth going a second time nevertheless buy a timeshare.

Room was not very clean at all! Stains everywhere (walls, doors, table, bathrooms)
Shower was not clean! The floors in bathrooms and kitchen were dirty not even swept nor mopped! Did not use sink but I was gross! Over all it made due, but needs to be cleaned! I am glad I brought some items to give it a wipe down and Lysol!!

Floors in room were dirty, furniture was dusty, showers were dusty. I called for housekeeping to request a cleaning and was told they would be up soon. After four nights, they never arrived.
Door to room was flimsy and you could see gaps to the hallway. Long wait to check in, even though the lines weren't that long.
People smoking pot in the parking lot. Overall, not a pleasant stay at all.

The person who checked us in was extremely rude and did not explain where parking was at for our building.
Our ac in both rooms was out and it didn’t get fixed. There was hair all over the bathroom and tubs.
