Mr. George served breakfast every morning and made the place feel like home. All other staff were very respectful and helpful. They answered every question and were knowledgeable about activities in the area. My partner and I felt very seen, safe, and comfortable.

Staff were fantastic. Special shout out to George in the breakfast area each morning. He went above and beyond for everyone!

This was the worst stay at a hotel we had in the US! When we arrived the AC in our room didn‘t work so we asked the two Teens at the reception (they seemed as they didn‘t have any experience and were also rude) if we could get another room. They were visibly annoyed and didn‘t really understood why we wanted a room with working AC. When they finally found another room for us 30min later the bed was full with hair - they were everywhere!! The two kids were even more annoyed when we asked for a clean room. 2 hours after we arrived we finally got into a mostly clean room & the AC did work but it was a unpleasant experience - so we slept only one night there although we paid for two.

The stay was great and Nick was accommodating. The bed was pretty stiff and the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Only issue I had with service was on 5/31 around 3:10PM - I was informing the woman at the front desk that the bathroom was out of towels, before I could finish my sentence, she interrupted me and said “I know that’s why I said thank you.” I never spoke to her before this so I just walked away thinking she confused me for someone else. Kinda rude, but overall it was a good stay.

Your breakfast staff member stole 1,000 out of my wallet that was in my baby’s car seat she took advantage of a mother of 3 asked to see the baby while my head was turned and stole all my money in the wallet called and asked for them to pull camera footage sure enough it was her and seen well once management confronted her she ran from him I called corporate and nobody could even give me 300 bucks back with 3 hungry children and 4 hours away from home with no gas do better and take responsibility for YOUR staff members she was on the clock while stealing from customers I missed my daughters entire cheer competition the reason we where in Minneapolis to begin with and my birthday is tomorrow what a sad day and terrible responsibility for your staff!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean and the complimentary breakfast was exactly what we needed. We will definitely return!

The drop-off "front" entrance is actually down the alley at the rear, visible from a Police station. Lyft drivers refuse to pick-up or drop-off at this point, preferring to dump you out in traffic on 2nd Avenue. Housekeeping does not check that TVs or microwaves are working when the rooms are cleaned in-between guests. The only way to contact front desk staff was to physically go to the reception area. Hilton hotel staff phones were not responded to. I called Hilton from my cell phone several times, followed the prompts and the line was disconnected each time.

Rooms were very nice and staff was wonderful. Free breakfast was a nice perk! They have valley parking available, but there is also street parking that is free after 10 pm.

Haven at the front desk was very friendly. We had to come down twice for toilet rolls and the staff was always so nice! Would definitely stay here again.

In town for a couple concerts - at Fine Line and the Armory. This was a walkable midway point between both. I would definitely stay here again. Room was quiet and clean. There were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.
