What really made our stay here so stellar was the wonderful staff at the front desk. I am so sorry I did not get the names of the folks who were so attentive and reassuring. I have elderly parents who were probably quite needy and the staff were patient and generous with their time and assistance. Also the person who oversaw breakfast was above and beyond. At first, I resented paying and giving a tip prior to getting service. But after the first day, I had no hesitation. We will be back!!

This is my favorite hotel in Miami. They take amazing care of their customers. Beautifully maintained. Comfortable bed. Very walkable; I park my truck and walk everywhere.
