The stay was amazing

Nice, clean place in a great location! Pros: - Clean - Nice water pressure in shower! - Free parking - Great location - Washer/dryer in the unit Cons: - Although the primary bed was extremely comfortable, the sofa bad where my tweens slept was extremely uncomfortable. They were hardly able to sleep. - When I booked the place, I thought I was booking a hotel, not a private unit. There was no house-cleaning performed during our 5-night stay. Some other minor quibbles which I won't get into since they're not worth mentioning but overall, we were satisified with our stay.

I stayed in a room with a kitchen with the intention to make our own breakfast but kitchen was not equipped with utensils and supplies that allowed us that comfort.

What really made our stay here so stellar was the wonderful staff at the front desk. I am so sorry I did not get the names of the folks who were so attentive and reassuring. I have elderly parents who were probably quite needy and the staff were patient and generous with their time and assistance. Also the person who oversaw breakfast was above and beyond. At first, I resented paying and giving a tip prior to getting service. But after the first day, I had no hesitation. We will be back!!

The property was great. Hotel staff was amazing. Location and area was perfect. My only complaint was my room was a private residence, 1407-2, and the floor was very dirty. The only reason I know was that my bare feet turned black walking around the room barefoot. I would definable get a new cleaner. That floor hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Makes me wonder what else was neglected. If that is addressed it would be a great stay.

Torn carpet, irregular housekeeping, 2 days coffee supply for 4 day stay. Good parking. Nice balcony view. Clean room and quiet.

I think the tv needs to be upgraded, seems old Also the phone wasn’t working in the hotel room , that should be working in case of emergency
