EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE QUALITY 🤬 1. Check in 3 hours late to get the room, make a fuss then tell check out 1 hour, tell half an hour in advance then call 2-3 times to answer the phone, but when arriving still not finished cleaning, but the guest called for instructions to go up then said not to come down to take the guest because of cleaning, the guest find the way up :)))) 2. The room does not have basic things like tissue, toothbrush, toothbrush, mineral water. 3. No staff to guide the guest. 4. The room does not have a soft bed but is like a bath on the bed, the guest wants to open the closet to find it, the closet smells, the old furniture left by the guest is still there. 5. The staff from one person to another support but no one can solve the problem. 6. Booked 2 codes, contacted in advance to arrange 2 adjacent apartments but each apartment is on 1 floor, when arriving then reported a defect to change to another apartment. The view and room are quite ok, but the service is negative, booked this room but changed it to another room, we refused so we had to move to another room and had to pay extra, at 13:30 they told us to come check in but when they came they said they were looking for the room card so we had to wait until 15:00 to check in, how can we clean without the room card and say the previous guest forgot it so we had to find it again? When we entered the room, they posted a notice saying if you don't wash the dishes, you will be charged 200k extra, but they texted me saying the extra charge is 300k, but there was no dishwashing liquid in the room, we had to go buy it, who goes on vacation and has to go buy dishwashing liquid to wash the dishes? When checking out, they didn't come to check themselves and asked the guest to record a video and send it, in general it depends on each place. But in short, with the way they work and serve, I won't come back a second time.
