Friendly staff, very enthusiastic. Large rooms, clean. But the air-conditioner was a bit of a problem, apparently due to an external power supply, the tub did not drain. I book a room with breakfast, but probably due to a lack of guests, so I was transferred to the Green Hotel, 146 Thuy Van to eat breakfast.

The room is clean, but the bathtub is broken and there is no water stopper. In return the staff is friendly, enthusiastic, cute. Breakfast, not buffet.

We are in the Deluxe room facing the mountain, 3rd floor should hear the wind is very scary. Wifi can not be used, the bathtub is broken, the room does not have a telephone. Breakfast here is a dish not buffet, only beef noodle (very tasty), eggs omelet, cow stock (very early). The waitress was slow to respond to the first question and asked to have a drink and a portion of the food. I did not manage well, collected lunch messes, I waited for nearly 40 minutes to have breakfast, so the wait staff have collected the meal before long that management also think we eat underground or something, The face wrinkled with the staff and then asked me straight whether we have meal coupons. The feeling of waiting for so long has been so skeptical, really making me very upset. Finally, bring out 2 fat bowls of bun. Nice hotel room, wide. Location is also quite convenient.

Rooms are spacious, clean. Nice reception, cute, after checking out luggage at the hotel and continue to visit, receptionist enthusiastic book help ticket, everything is good from breakfast. 8g30 am down to eat breakfast, only a few people are eating, staff are also eating at a table, some items in the buffe has run out but not cleaned, the little items are not gathered look like Eat excess, white tablecloth so the array of food dropped on the previous tablecloth is clearly visible, every table is the same. The staff sat laughing loudly, there was an older lady who seemed to be the dishwasher (because then I saw her pull the cup) talk very well, a female staff member reminded her "have a guest" "She is a guest, she has the right to say," she said loudly and repeatedly, so I just wanted to go out, but because of you, I do not say anything, my friend Do not understand the language should sit well if not complain. In the end we ended up eating breakfast and went out for extra comfort. Another minus point is that the elevator is small and very slow.

Uncle car on night shift too bad, guests parking cars need help to not be hit but the car kept ignoring (look at the clip on the phone) to the car was hit by scratches car wheels! Everything is ok except for nighttime car attendants, thanks!
