A lot of people say there's no lift, but apparently they just installed a new lift. They gave me free room upgrade. The staffs were very friendly. On the first night my bed and practically the whole room was dirty and humid, water heater switch was turned off, I showered with cold water in a 22°C weather. I asked the male staff to bring me new bed cover set at 12 am and he did. I overlooked the bad experience on the first night because they immediately fixed everything in the morning. Laundry service is 40k VND per kg, gave them in the evening, finished the next day. This place is at the end of Phố đi bộ walking street, so it's perfect without much noise but still in the walking street vicinity.

Dù chỉ nghỉ lại 1 đêm tại khách sạn Impredial để thăm quan thành phố Huế nhưng mình và gia đình thực sự rất hài lòng. Khách sạn lộng lẫy, sang trọng. Từ sảnh cho đến thang máy, hành lang,..Phòng ốc thì sạch sẽ, gọn gàng. Vew thì tuyệt đẹp dù phòng mình đặt chỉ là City Vew. Tiếc là chưa kịp thưởng trà hay cà phê buổi tối trên tầng 16 về đêm để ngắm sông Hương êm ả. Nhân viên thì thân thiện và nhiệt tình lắm. Trải nghiệm tuyệt vời khi đến Huế. Nhất định sẽ quay lại. A true sample of excellent hospitality! Me and my family had a wonderful trip in Hue, and Cherish Hotel make it more awesome. The hotel is located in city centre and near the walking street, where is so enjoyable in weekend nights. Hotel was very clean as well as the room. I love the breakfast, it was really better than what I expected about the breakfast in hotels. Our sheets, towels and surfaces of desk, counter and bathroom were all regularly cleaned during our stay. And many thanks to the hotel receptionist. They were so friendly and professional. They are one of the most beautiful memories I had in this trip to Hue. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families. Trust me, you won't regret. Just be there and enjoy!

This is my first time logging in just to make a review of the place that I stayed. I known this place through a well-known TikToker named Duy Truong and decided to follow him by reserving a room at this hotel for one night to enjoy the"river-view"room. Everything was fine, except for a few issues: First, the establishment claims to be a hotel but operates more like a homestay. One thing that annoyed me was the requirement to remove my shoes at the front door instead of being able to go directly to my room, similar to other hotels. I'm not sure if this is common in Hue, but the previous hotel I stayed at did not have this rule. If such rules exist, they should be clearly publicized on the websites. Secondly, I reserved a room with a"river view", but despite the window facing the river, I could not actually see the river from my room. In fact, the view was blocked by the restaurant 's roof and some large trees. So, I don't think this could be called a river-view room at all. Lastly, while the homestay was pleasant and accommodating, I encountered an odd situation. After checking out, I could left my luggage there even after the check out. I had some outdoor activities and ended up being wet. Therefore, I asked if I could use the bathroom. I mean I am willing to pay extra for the bathroom if needed, but I was pushed into the toilet and had shower with the bidet sprayer. I don't know if I should be offended or thanking for this.

The reception did tell to me: If I will be check out the second day at 18h, I will pay one day and half day, but when I check out at 18h they asked me pay two day. It's so bad, very bad thing. I'm never comeback this hotel. Finally terrible hotel!
