Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills

We went for a group of 5, so we needed to book 2 rooms: Standard Room & Family Room. When we booked rooms via the website, we didn't see rooms in whole views. The standard room's quite narrow, but the family room is huge and comfortable. It's quite inconvenient that the Standard Room & Family Room are in separate buildings with this information supposed to be mentioned in room details so we can decide better. The price is pretty expensive as it is a single hotel on Ba Na Hills. However, there are plenty of breakfast choices, all-you-can-eat, and the taste's pretty delicious.

Stay in 4 bunk beds, the toilet and shower design area was not suit for a sharing room during the privacy issues, air conditioner cannot adjust in the room, very less sockets, compare to the price I think they could have done better than this, but the amusement park was okay, nice! At least 2 days to explore

Requested for higher floor, they put us in basement with such a noisy tour groups. Reception should have separate agent for groups and normal guest, took almost half hour to queuing though present there right on time for check in. The maintenance going on here and there without prior noticed for restaurants, escalator, cable car and even for fun ride in themepark. Booked family room for 3 adults and 1 child, the housekeeping provided just one set of toiletry, 3 small bottle of water, none minibar stock in fridge, none shop open after 4pm. With all due respect, it my first time to pay cash deposit for all accor hotel's chain where expenses were paid in advanced. Not much of staff able to communicate with guests in english, not what's I'd expected from the winner of luxury hotel 2022. Seems like there's not enough staff in all area of the hotel, and this happen on Valentine's night. Hotel let the groups tour use there public speaker in beer plaza till quite late at night, whereas the tour agent might appreciate there generosity, but to be fairly with others, not everyone enjoy loud and crazy music in night time.

Came to stay for the 2nd time this year. Everything was as good as before. Except for the weather during the rainy season, you can barely see anything.

Overall ok, the breakfast buffet is very good. There are many to choose from.

When booking in the app, I didn't see the whole room. Only saw one corner, the standard room that sleeps 2 people is quite narrow. Entering into a bed, the room is full, but the family room that can sleep 3 people is very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom separates wet and dry zones. The only disadvantage is that the Standard and Family Room are in separate buildings. But there is no notice of this detail before booking a room at all. And the price is quite high because it is the only accommodation on Ba Na Hills.

Clean hotel, comfortable sleep, definitely go back.
