I am in Deluxe, the room is small, comfortable and clean. Room service is also very enthusiastic, breakfast buffe, though few dishes but delicious, the trip is great and many memories. The hotel is close to the center of Tam Dao within a few steps.

Rooms are clean, comfortable, beautiful as the hotel advertised. Breakfast buffet does not have many options but delicious. The hotel also has an interesting morning sky bar, so you don't have to go to the Wind to live;))))

Weekdays are quite empty, only 1-2 rooms are rented. There are few customers so there is no breakfast buffet, the staff will cook a bowl of pho and bring it to your room. The room has no view, the power is out in the morning. Generally expensive compared to the price.

The room is okay, complete. However, for some reason, at 12:00 checkout, the room was locked at around 11:15, so I had to ask the receptionist to open it for me. Many rooms are equipped, not just our own room. Hopefully, the hotel will pay more attention to this.

Đặt phòng Deluxe, trên app ghi rõ là 2 giường, nhưng khi nhận phòng chỉ có phòng 1 giường. Nhân viên có nói, muốn 2 giường khách phải tự note. Tại sao trong mô tả phòng ghi 2 giường rồi mà lại phải note?

Overnight in suite room 307. A suite is just a name and an ordinary room. It feels like it's neither particularly wide nor narrow. The room itself is clean but slightly musty. The futon also smells a little moldy or dry. The bathroom has a bathtub and is clean and undisputed. There are also all amenities. The room has a balcony, but the view is not so good because it is on the 3rd floor. Wi-Fi connection is not bad either. Breakfast is buffet style but there are not many menus. The taste is not too big. The location is convenient, just a few minutes walk to the main square. I stayed overnight on Saturday in early November, but it is quite high for the quality of 180 massodon per night. Cospa is pretty bad.
