Nhân viên khách sạn trực đêm không thân thiện, mình ở 2 đêm đều không có nước nóng sau 22h. Gọi lễ tân thì chỉ bảo để em ktra xong dập máy, mình chưa kịp trả lời mà bạn cũng không gọi lại update thông tin và cuối cùng vẫn không có nước nóng. Khách sạn cơ sở vật chất cũ, khăn tắm rất cũ rồi trông ngả màu, dép đi biển cũng cũ trông đã đi mòn. Khách sạn có dịch vụ dọn phòng buổi sáng nhưng lại không cho mượn bàn ủi. Mền không phải loại chăn bông mà chỉ là tấm vỏ mền mỏng. Vũng Tàu đang gió to nên cửa sổ cứ có tiếng lạch cạch, phòng cách âm kém. Vị trí khách sạn đẹp, có dọn phòng hàng ngày, cửa sổ lớn.

Gia đình ở vào ngày nghỉ lễ tết tây 2024 (1tr4/3ng). Nhân viên khách sạn nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Gia đình ở pòng deluxe triple sea view, pòng tương đối sạch sẽ, thơm, máy lạnh lạnh. Trộm vía nhà mình ngủ ngon nha. khách sạn gần biển đi bộ ra 50m tắm được rồi, biển sóng mạnh. Ăn sáng ổn (như hình), món nước, soup, cháo, xúc xích, xôi, rau xào, mỳ xào, cơm chiên, bánh ướt, cá hộp, bánh ngọt, bánh mì, trái cây, cafe, sữa đậu nành, nước cam, ép dưa hấu. Nhược điểm: view không phải full biển, bình nước ấm siêu tốc hơi dơ, ga nằm hơi ngứa, chăn hơi mỏng, thang máy hơi dơ

Before booking, I read many bad reviews about the hotel, but after checking in, I found that with the price and quality of the room like this, it is good and suitable. The hotel is close to the beach, the room is spacious, the breakfast is okay. A 3-star hotel with such a low price cannot ask for more.
