I booked double room. They gave me twin room, said no more room. Lobby so dark. No hot water, they said turn off hot water systems to save energy?!

I was very happy about the hotel, I booked a double bed room, when I arrived at the hotel, the room was out, but the hotel passed me through the big room with two double beds without any extra fee. Very nice room. Overall is very pleased about the hotel.

The hotel served very well, although it was a little far away but it didn't matter because the ambience was very quiet and suitable for a weekend break. The room quality is also quite good with new equipment, only my room does not know if it was a twin room before entering the first impression that the wall next to the bathroom is a black piece to make me I thought the room was not cleaned up ... hope the hotel tries to fix this point too ok

The location was not convenient. It was so quiet and took times to go to the center. The rooms was ok. It was spacious but my bathroom’ door was broken and could not close. The wifi did not work. Having said that, the staff was very friendly and eager to help whenever i need help.

Poor fire protection system. Late on Saturday night, nearly 1 morning, the fire alarm sounded, all the hotels were awake without the safety center speaker. The visitors down the hall did not see the security, the receptionist answered the guests the reason for the fire. Turns out the guests have pressed the fire alarm button!?! After all the night, I could not sleep because it was not reassuring. The hotel does not have a beach.
