Phòng có nhiều gián. 1. Nhận phòng không đúng địa điểm, để khách tự vận chuyển vali, tự check in, không hướng dẫn gì luôn lơ. Giao phòng trễ 14h chiều mới được nhận phòng mà không báo trước 2. Phụ thu phí mà một ngày sau mới có gối để ngủ, không trang bị đầy đủ đồ dùng cho khách 3. Toilet bồn cầu bị bung nắp 4. Thùng rác hư luôn, nắp mở không lên 5. Ti vi đang xài thì tắt không kết nối WiFi được 6. WiFi vừa không kết nối được sửa xong thì yếu không coi được gì 7. Vòi nước thì không có nóng lạnh 8. Thái độ nhân viên sai khiến khách hàng âm điểm thật sự 9. Không có thẻ thang máy đưa cho cái thẻ sao chép nhỏ xíu xài lúc được lúc không 10. Thuê xe thì nó chuyện mập mờ lúc thì nói đổ xăng đầy bình rồi mới trả lúc thì nói đổ bằng lúc giao xe nếu không hỏi là phải đổ đầy bình nói chung là siêu tệ không có lần sau

I didn't think that with that price, I would get an apartment like that. It's amazing. Very good, the owner is so cute. Late at night I had a little problem so the owner replied immediately. Next time I have a chance I will definitely stop by Vinvin homestay 😍😍😍
