We love this hotel. It’s close to our daughters regatta’s, its dog friendly, the rooms are spacious with a full kitchen and the beds are extremely comfortable.

The staff was wonderful. They were so friendly. The hotel was very clean and lively. There was a lot of activity in the evening by the dining area, yet the floors and room were very quiet. We had a very nice stay. Would highly recommend!

Very pleasant at check in and had a room ready hours before check in - thank you! My only recommendation is 11am is early for check out. I recommend breakfast start earlier around 6am or 6:30am. 7am is too late and people were waiting.

Flight was delay need a check out around 2 they said NO. Was very disappointed being for the last 4 years we been visiting Massachusetts thats the hotel we always stay at . Also was looking forward to waffles no waffle maker was available
