Complimentary tea, coffee, or sugar were not provided in the room, nor was there a minibar or slippers. The water dispenser outside the room did not function properly, so we couldn't get hot or cold water. The pillows and mattress felt thin, and the surrounding area was quite noisy due to the lack of soundproofing between rooms, and even the sound of doors opening from other rooms could be heard loudly. Upon check-in, the staff was unfriendly and did not greet us. Furthermore, guests cannot order food from the resort restaurant, so they had to order from outside, which resulted in a long wait. Despite the relatively high price, the facilities and service felt inadequate, making our stay at 5G Resort less than comfortable.
