Yes, we apologize for the inconvenience. The bathtub area was originally designed with polished stone to blend in with the overall space. However, this material easily absorbs color, causing dark stains over time, and the bathtub appears dull. We regularly scrub and condition the stone surface, but the color also easily seeps through. This is not caused by improper cleaning, but by soap and bath salt products. We are carefully considering your feedback and are working on comprehensive solutions to maintain our rooms in top condition and improve the quality of our breakfast to better serve our guests in the future.
