Always enjoy the Hilton hospitality, with friendly staff, helpful in storing my luggage before check-in, peaceful room, nice hotel amenities and facilities, and great food. Located at the heart of Sydney right next to QVB, shopping areas, and train stations. Will stay again for sure! Thank you!

Really lovely hotel, we enjoyed our stay. Rooms are modern and clean, location is good for Darling harbour and around a 20 minute walk to circular quay. Staff all very friendly and obliging.

Staff very warm, friendly, helpful. Room very comfortable. Temperature in room stayed stable. Glass restaurant was wonderful for breakfast and a dinner. We enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are very nice!! King bed, very clean. If you want to play your own movies on the TV, it has a USB input. Pool & Spa is open from 6am-9pm, it is part of Fitness First which is in the basement, FREE as a guest of the hotel. The glasserie restaurant is not very good, better to go outside to other 5star restaurants. Buffet breakfast is very good. Overall worth a stay.

The only thing that let it down ever so slightly, according to my booking confirmation from Expedia, my checkout time was 11am, but the hotel stopped my room key working at 10am. Maybe there is a miscommunication between the hotel and Expedia?

Didnt like that there were no streaming such as netflix / Disney plus. Breakfast bar can get busy so you need to get in early if you want to avoid big crowds. There is access to the gym in the hotel. Recommended to bring to gym wear if planning to use.

Dugug, the waitress at Glass Brasserie is rude and racist. She forced me to sit at a table that’s not clean and told me off for moving to another cleaner table, without her permission. All I wanted is a clean table, she is obviously just lazy to clean the tables, and bullying a guest by talking down to me and instructing her as if I am a child. The management should just remove her from her job since she is not keen to clean table and provide basic customer service in a 5 star hotel. Her manager, Anna is excellent with recovery. I felt better although the original experience with Drugug is horrible. Jeffery is the restaurant manager he is kind and considerate. Thumbs up. He went an extra mile with simple gesture that makes a difference to the guest’s stay.

Arrived about 12pm, waited in a long line only to find out no room available until 3pm (I’m not sure why they’d advertise the special deal). They happily took the deposit of $50, but no room key issued. This meant I had to come back at 3pm, waited in another long line to get a room key. Terrible service for guests. Waited for lifts which were very slow despite there being 6 lifts. Rooms have great amenities, toiletries incl. toothbrush, tv in shower. No mini bar, everything must be delivered to room. Room service ordered has $7 tray charge. Great location though. Not sure I’d stay again at the rate you pay. I would expect a much better guest service
