Great place to stay, 6 minute walk to th Eiffel tower. Plenty of food options around. Would highly recommend.

We stayed between the 24th and 29th of December. Didn’t get given a room with a view of the eiffel tower. The location right next to the eiffel tower was handy since we had a reservation at the Jules Verne restaurant. However that was the only benefit to booking this room. The room was in serious need of renovation, it smelt and looked so tired. The room cleaning was not done properly each day, items were not always replaced. The soap dispensers were all half falling off the wall. Just overall a terrible experience. The breakfast buffet was awful, all the food was cold and nothing was in the right place, the coffee machines weren’t working. We ended up going across the street to have breakfast at the Pullman hotel - it was exceptional.

We stayed in 3 different rooms, all of them had a smell of humidity. I stayed in this same hotel 10 years ago and I loved it that’s why I came back but this time was not a good experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Paris, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms were in very bad condition, with outdated and poorly maintained furnishings. The bathrooms were particularly old and had a strange, impractical design. To make matters worse, only one out of three lifts was operational during our stay, causing long waits and inconvenience. When I called the lobby to request water, I was shocked to hear that they don't provide water in the rooms. While food could be ordered, they refused to offer something as basic as drinking water, which I found absolutely absurd. Overall, the hotel seems to lack attention to guest comfort and basic hospitality. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Excellent place to stay very friendly. They upgraded us once i said it was for event and gave us late check at no additional cost. On my next trip to paris this is where im staying top marks great people

It was a 3 night stay in Paris unfortunately my flight cancelled at the first day due to adverse weather so I couldn’t arrive Paris. As I my purchased room is non refundable, I can only use the remaining 2 nights. I informed the hotel about the cancelled flight and delayed checkin on next day via chat message but no response . When I checked in after arrival , the staff at the front desk arrange me to a room without tower view which was much cheaper and not what I purchased. She said that my room was sold and they didn’t receive my message. It’s unreasonable to sell my room which I fully paid. What a bad experience and I am so disappointed as it was my birthday!

Great Location

I liked the location wherein it’s walkable to the Eiffel Tower. I also liked the service where the sheets and towels were changed every day. But I didn’t like the bathroom set up wherein the toilet is cramped and situated in another room. Gia from LA

Our room was on the top floor, with a view of the tower. It was a perfect view from the window, especially at night when the tower was lit up and during the light show every hour. The room size was decent for Paris hotel, a bit dated but clean. Location is also excellent as it is within five minutes to the tower, and a little more to the Hop On Hop Off bus stops (multiple busses) & the river cruises, Bir Hakeim Metro station. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within 2-3 blocks.

Staff was completely unprofessional. We were told that we were able to check in earlier since our flight landed at 8 AM. They made us wait till 3 PM to check in and let other people go ahead of us . I would never recommend this place for anyone to stay here.I definitely will never come back to this hotel again
