The area felt unsafe and one if the bus stops was out of service. very noisy you can hear a lot of the doors opening and closing and a lot of the beds moving.

Double room is really really small. Shower and toilet are separate, and doors leading to these cannot be locked. Location is not great, if you’re moving around using public transportation be prepared for some long bus trips and the not so pleasant tube. Lots of homeless people sleeping in the neighbourhood, in fact several tents down the hotels’ road - not up to the hotel absolutely but paints the picture. Service at the hotel was average, they spoke French and English. When asked about public transport we got incorrect info, so would say to always check online. Power points were quite far from the bed, so you can’t comfortably use your phone while charging it for example. Staff knocked on our door three times to query about cleaning and towels when the sign not to disturb was on the door, so if you’re planning on sleeping late that could be a challenge. Breakfast options were okay prob the best was the croissant.

Si no estás acostumbrado a quedarte en un hotel cómo Ibis, Formula 1, Premier o otros hoteles franceses y estás acostumbrado a hoteles de 3 o 4 estrellas, es normal qué té parezcan extraños, yo he viajado mucho por Francia con niños pequeños y para nosotros era importante la limpieza, el hotel es sólo para dormir y ducharte por las mañanas. Lo bueno de éste hotel es que hay personal que te atienden cuando lo necesitas y son muy amables.

Pas de climatisation ni de ventilateur horrible

O hotel fica em boa localização, próximo à estação de metrô (15 a 10min de caminhada) o café da manhã é relativamente simples mas muito bom! O hotel é limpo, mas deixa um pouco a desejar nos detalhes. Possui recepção 24h, elevador e os quartos não possuem ar-condicionado. Me hospedaria novamente levando em consideração o custo benefício.

Location isn’t good and although it is a budget price the rooms resemble a prison cell. There is security when you check in! The staff were really friendly.

(a) Je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude durant mon séjour. Donc je me lavcais au gfant de toilette dans la douche. Ce serait mieux un vrai vrai lavabo. (b) j'ai signalé le problème à la réception, deux fois à deux journées différentes. Je crois que la réception a dû comprendre qu'il y avait une fuite d'eau, ce n'était pas cela, mais pas d'eau chaude. (c) Le petit déjeuner est insatisfaisant. Le café est bon. Les chaises et tables très bruyantes. La compote et le fromage blanc sont très bons. Le fromage de Hollande est très terne, et les tranchettes de jambon sont indignes, je pense que c'est de l'épaule. Les croissants ont dû être livrés bien avant, et il leur manque un peu de fraicheur. (d) Le parking est quand même très cher, je pense qu'il est amorti, et que vous devriez le diminuer. Ayant à revenir à Paris, occasionnellement, je ne crois pas que je retournerai dans ce genre d'endroits, parce que les problèmes (mineurs mais faciles à résoudre) sont aussi associés à un environnement pas au top. Par contre le personnel semble vraiment gentil.

Lucky to have amazing sunny weather. Perfect location with local metro lines so easy to get ti other parts of Paris. Was confy and clean stay and would definitely stay again

Dans l'ensemble, j'étais très content. Sauf dans la chambre où il n'y avait aucun siège à dossier pour s'asseoir. Seulement un petit tabouret dur ou le lit. La TV étant dans un coin, il était très malaisé de la regarder confortablement, de face.

goog place for few nights in Paris. Pleasent suprise was huge market just after one block.

Horrible long lines with the check in. Really unhelpful white lady at the frontdesk. Parking ticket payment does not work at the hotel. Sane as the elevator.

Hôtel d'un rapport qualité/prix correct pour Paris et pour une nuit. La literie était bien.

Für kleines Budget ganz in Ordnung. Toilette war nach zwei Tagen verstopft. Spülung hat dann nicht mehr funktioniert. Wasser aus dem Waschbecken war zeitweise nur sehr heiß.

Local cumpre o que promete, pelo preço achamos bem melhor do que imaginávamos e do que havia lido em comentários... Próximo a várias estações de metro, tem comércio e muitas opções de comer a menos de 10min de caminhanda e no sentido do metrô. O quarto é pequeno, porém pelo preço, foi ótimo. Vi comentários que no quarto para 3, só arrumaram as duas camas debaixo, porém deixaram todo um kit, muito bom por sinal da beliche. E no outro dia trocaram as toalhas. TIVEMOS UM PROBLEMA COM A FECHADURA, que não estava fechando quando fomos sair, porém foi solucionado com 2hrs, tinha um técnico passando ajeitando, não foi só no nosso quarto, mas eles ajeitaram.
