There was a fiction in when we were here so one of bars was closed and there seemed to be no other alternative.

Amazing relaxation for those who are busy otherwise , excellent courteous staff , too good breakfast, Radisson blu plaza New Delhi truly lives up to standards of Radisson !!!!

This was my second time visiting this hotel. I enjoyed it so much last year that I deliberately booked it again for this year. But I am disappointed. A few things that I did not appreciate were the terrible smell in the hallways from the carpet cleaner or plumbing. The prices for the meals were overpriced. Then on the early morning of my check out, The reception staff supposedly made a mistake on my final payment and did not charge for the last night of our stay. After I arrived at the airport, she called the cab driver and requested that I return to the hotel. My team needed to check in for our flight at that moment so I told her to have the hotel Email me the payment request with clear invoice details. Then she asked if I could just go to the ATM and pull out cash, and give it to the driver so he could deliver it to her. How unprofessional! I told her that was not possible. She asked if I could send the money to another member of our team who was about to check out a couple hours later. Since we are foreigners, there was no easy way to send money that way. In any case I requested an official invoice for the remaining payment. But when I returned home, I saw that my card was charged for over $700 for the last night Stay for four rooms. I still have not received an official receipt or invoice from the hotel despite my reaching out to them. Our team enjoyed the food and the massages were great, but this final transaction has made our stay quite disappointing.

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport. The price was very competitive at ₹11,000 with breakfast included, and both the service and food quality were excellent. The staff were attentive, and the overall experience was very comfortable. The only issue I faced was during the booking process. The hotel charged ₹100 to verify my card, which is apparently a standard procedure. However, since I was unaware of this, my bank flagged it as suspicious and blocked my card for safety. This forced me to order a new card, which caused some inconvenience. While this was not really the hotel’s fault, a clear explanation of the process during booking would have helped avoid the confusion. Other than that minor hiccup, everything else was perfect. The hospitality, cleanliness, and amenities met all expectations, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking for a stay near Delhi Airport. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

Oldest hotel near Airport

There is nothing bad about this place I had arrived at another hotel 2am in the morning (Mayda inn). I somehow managed to sleep, and when I woke up, I immediately booked the Radisson standard room for 2 nights. I was amazed at how clean and presentable the hotel, room and staff were. The place exceeded my expectations. I went for a Hyrox competition and I’ll be back next year, at the Radisson I was also given some invaluable advice regarding the Uber drivers (beware) You will be well looked after if you book this place All the best
