4 Stars Hotels in Nusa Dua Beach, Badung Regency

I've already booking a room for a night, call the hotel directly, send e-mail to their reception and they accept my booking. And when I come to the hotel to check in (4.15pm) they said the room's not ready and they ask me to wait for more 20 mins (check in time is at 3 pm) come on man you're 5 stars hotel not 2 nor 3 star hotel. What a shame! And they only offers us a glass of tea as a compensation. 😅 We don't need it. We only wants to check in on time and relax in our room. Well you can get a 3-4 stars hotel with better price, room, and service. I got a mango juice with macarons in 3 stars hotel at kuta as a welcome drinks. 🫢 My worst honeymoon hotels ever!

Staffs are friendly and helpful, rooms are great, spacious and clean, but amenities are incomplete, no razor provide. Jacuzzi water not clean.

Extremely long check in. I was in room 6523 on Saturday 24 Feb the lady I think her name was Praba - she had no idea on simple questions like what activities the hotel has or whether I need to switch room as I book twin one day and king the next day! Ever my question I asked her she had to call someone else! Come on la you are a 6 star hotel!

Good facilities, staff hospitality, place for rest time, nice swimming pool.

Inlove with the beach at nusa dua. Private shuttle oke.

This hotel has never failed me. I have been to mulia bali few times since it first opened. This time I went to mulia after being dissapointed with other hotel. Even after 10years plus this hotel still has its charm. The bedroom is spacious, the bathroom also luxurious and spacious. I even got a welcome macaroons from the staffs said"welcome back". Thank you Mulia for uplifting back my holiday mood after a bad experience from other hotel.

The room itself has a lot of bugs: ants and spider. The cubby in the corner of the room is not that clean and musty. The good part about it is resort itself private access to the beach, pool, and slide. So I guess in overall we still enjoy our stay there.

The hotel location is very near to Pandawa Beach. The room is very spacious. Very worth it. I just comment about the car parking. The security is not good because he can not control the car parking when it is in busy time.
