Strategic location, in the heart of Kotabaru, easy to find food.
If you have more than one guest in a room and want to use the water heater, you'll have to wait a while for it to work, as it's limited to 15L.
Some corners still have dust, and the mini fridge still has food stored by previous guests.
Overall, it's pleasant. Highly recommended.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. It's located right on the corner of a major intersection, a bit tricky for those who haven't been there before. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The desk, however, was quite small, making it a bit of a hassle for those working on a laptop. Overall, I was satisfied with the room.

Overall it's good, the room is clean, the bathroom is also cold, the AC is also cold, I got a room with the best view of Solo city, the minus 1, the motorbike parking area is provided, it's just a shame, the arrangement is messy, when I want to go out there is no staff and motorbikes are moved here and there without any order, maybe a correction, don't only give special treatment to those who ride cars, because those who ride motorbikes also have the same rights, it needs to be improved in that regard, if the staff, security, could be better, in my opinion it's not comfortable there, it's a shame because the hotel is good and the position in the center of Solo city is easy to go anywhere

Wanted to take a shower, the water was dirty, when contacted, they only answered that they were refilling and asked to open the tap, they were told to wait 15 minutes, but it had been half an hour, it was still the same. When contacted, the answer was the same. Worst experience in terms of service and cleanliness. Until 8 am, the water was still muddy. Oh my God, this is the worst experience I've ever had staying at a hotel.
