The staff is very helpful, especially the housekeeping and technicians. If there is a complaint, it will be handled immediately. It's really nice to stay here. It's not a luxurious hotel, but it's quiet, comfortable, clean and modern. Very close to Udinus campus. Free from traffic jams even though it's the city center. Everywhere is close. Lots of delicious culinary. Malls, bakeries, city icons, very close. Wake up, open the window, and you can see the city hall right away. You can continue your morning exercise by walking to Tugu Muda or Lawang Sewu.

It's really worth staying here. The location is close to everywhere. Right in the city center. Only a few hundred meters from Lawang Sewu, Tugu Muda, Museum, DP Mall, Paragon and various public facilities. The environment is also really nice, next door there is Warung Steak, Opa Oma cake shop, Masa Eatery Cafe, across the street is Elizabeth Bag Shop, etc.

Have stayed here many times since years ago. The cleanliness is still maintained. It is rare for a hotel to maintain its cleanliness quality well for a long period of time.

The room is clean and quite spacious. The AC is cold. Hot water is smooth. Simple toiletries but clean & new towels. The hotel also has a restaurant with a fairly cheap but delicious menu. There is a drink refrigerator in the lobby, you can buy. You can also buy sachet coffee to brew yourself. Each room gets 2 bottles of mineral water and on each floor there is a mineral water dispenser for refills.
