Booked here to celebrate an achievement, and did not disappointed. The staffs was very friendly, helpful, and respectful. Had a great experience here, got a free room upgrade and free cakes. Spacious bedroom and clean bathroom, nice view to Bundaran HI. Easy transportation with Silverbird, it helped me so much. Thanks Kempinski!

The service and hospitality is very top notch. We asked for room decoration for our anniversary celebration, and they did very well. Also, they upgraded our room for free. All equipment in our room also functioned well. Surely, we'll come back next time.

Thank you Hotel Indonesia Kempinski.. I was really satisfied staying there with all the facilities available & the view overlooking the HI roundabout was very nice.. I will stay there again if I have another assignment in Jakarta.. The friendly hotel staff were very helpful because it was my first time staying there.. The luggage took more than an hour to be delivered and the room was smaller than the standard size. The bathroom smelled bad and had lots of black mold. The toilet smelled bad. The hairdryer was broken.

Unfortunately, during my stay, I experienced something quite upsetting. While having breakfast, I noticed a mouse running around on the ceiling of the dining area. I immediately reported this to the manager on duty. For a hotel that holds a 5-star rating, this was truly unexpected and disappointing. Cleanliness and hygiene—especially in food service areas—should be a top priority. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures that such incidents do not happen again in the future.
