It was a nice staycation at Mambruk, believe I'll be back here again. The ambiance was so good, it isn't like a hotel but a cottage, I think. And they have private access to the beach, infinity pool, the restaurant, all staff were very nice.

The check-in staff were less than friendly. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but we were told to wait until 3:30 PM, saying they would contact us via WhatsApp. However, it was already 3:30 PM, so we went to the front desk. We were given the room key without any staff present, but we were given a hotel map. When we entered the room, it was clean and tidy, but there was no doormat in front of the bathroom. Until the day of the incident, my child slipped in the bathroom. The next day, the HK staff took the initiative to ask for a doormat in front of the bathroom door. The food was varied, all delicious. The view was beautiful. The swimming pool was spacious. Suggestions: Please, the staff should be friendlier. Customers should be given more attention and preparation during check-in. The hotel didn't want to lose money, so we were called to check out at 11:30 AM, but when we checked in, they didn't complain about the inconsistent check-in time.

Maybe because it's been a while, some of the furniture is starting to need updating. The bathroom toilet also seems old so there are marks on the seat, although it's actually clean. The breakfast variety is actually quite good although the taste varies, some are delicious, some are standard. But when I had dinner at the restaurant it was a bit sad, when I ordered the seafood menu it seemed like it wasn't cleaned enough so it still tasted like sand. The location and facilities are okay, but if the cleanliness of all the beaches could be kept clean, it would all be more comfortable because the good spots are actually on the beaches with coral/lots of rock trash compared to the main beach.

My first time staying at Mambruk. Strategically located on the main road, with plenty of eateries and minimarkets. The staff is the best, very helpful. One stop destination and lots of activities, if possible open snorkeling trips for hotel guests who come only 2 people so that they don't have to rent a boat with a capacity of 20 people. For events at the restaurant on Saturday nights there is a seafood barbecue and the wait is almost an hour with a bland taste even though the taste of the food at the restaurant is usually very delicious (especially the rib soup) but the food at the usual restaurant is closed because of the event and only serves children's orders. If there is an event, customers can still order food usually at the restaurant. The beach also has a relatively safe space because there are rocks on the right and left so the waves break first. Would be back here 👍

The best ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the vibes feel like staying in Bali/Lombok because the pool view directly looks out to the beach without any partitions 😍. The service is friendly, the breakfast is quite varied. If I go to Anyer, I will go to Mambruk again 🫶🏻🫶🏻. The minus is that the bathroom doesn't have a bidet or hairdryer.
