The villa was good but the phone to reception was not that fast. I was not able to ask for an extra blanket too; they said they were out of it.

The electricity was out when we came in in the afternoon due to PLN. But the staff was very informative about it and we still could check in manually. Loved the place and the ambiance.

First time stay here di Villa 03, so far semua oke hanya saja sayangnya waktu itu water heater nya rusak. But the staff was so helpful he ask us to change the another room. And we can access another room in the morning for take a shower. Will back again soon maybe want to try the hotel room.

The hotel staff was friendly. The breakfast was varied and quite tasty. However, check-in was a bit slow at first because the room wasn't ready, even though check-in was at 4 PM. But the hotel staff immediately came to the room and immediately gave me a cake as an apology for the long wait. The hotel's vision is to never disappoint its customers. The entire Pesona Alam staff is great.
