The hotel staff are very friendly, the service is good, and the food is delicious. Buy tickets from the hotel marketing team, which will be valid for two days. The first day is for exploring the animals and the drive-thru park, while the second day is for VR and the Sweet Memories gallery. If you're going to the drive-thru park, it's better to take the car provided by Jatim Park instead of bringing your own car, as it includes a driver and explanations about the animals.

I was a bit disappointed because I left a message when we made a booking, but it seems like they didn't even care about it. The staff were very friendly. I left one of my shirts at the hotel, and the staff texted me back to inform me about it. The room is pretty standard; it's an old hotel for nowadays. From my point of view, it's time to renovate the hotel to make it more "fresh".
