This is my first time staying at Prama Hotel Sanur.. Very impressive.. The staff are friendly.. The hotel surroundings are clean.. The swimming pool is clean.. The beach is clean.. If I go to Bali again, I will stay at Prama Hotel Sanur again.. The best.

It was a great experience staying at Prama Sanur Beach Bali. The staff were extremely helpful in every way. When we arrived at the hotel, I realized that I had forgotten my phone in the cab. I didn’t even have the cab number, as I had booked it along the way. I explained the situation to the manager, Iswartiono, and he immediately stepped in to help. He checked the CCTV footage, identified the cab details, contacted the driver, and shortly after, the cab owner came to the hotel and returned my phone. His support truly saved our trip, as I didn’t want this beautiful vacation to be remembered for something negative. He was incredibly kind and helpful by nature. Thank you from our side. We will definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to our friends.

Value for money for sure, facilities are dated but clean and well maintained, the staff friendly and helpful, location is super right at the beach front, breakfast is delicious with a wide selection, will come back here for sure

This has been our family's favorite hotel for the past 20 years, even though it's still called the Sanur Beach Hotel. But the service and cleanliness are undeniable. Oh, and the Italian restaurant is a must-try. The grandchildren loved swimming at the beach and in the children's pool. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect for family holiday for those who love swimming, kids pool and clean and safe beach 👍 Nice staff, friendly and helpful. 2nd time here and definitely will stay here again soon! Their pancake at breakfast buffet are so good!

Well maintained older style hotel with lots of character and charm, room, facilities and food were satisfactory. Outdoor areas, pools and beaches absolutely fantastic. Excellent location would stay again.

The pools were awesome! Huge main pool, kids area catered for all ages! So many seating options around the pool. Restaurants just next to the pool and beach! Room was very clean! Breakfast was excellent! My two daughters 9&13 loved Prama. Less than $5 taxi anywhere in Sanur!

THE ROOM WAS SPOTLESS AND THE STAFF WERE MOST COURTEOUS. HOTEL'S FOOD AND DRINK COSTS WERE TOO HIGH FOR BALI. EVENING ENTERTAINMENT WAS OK. ALL HOTEL FACILITIES, RESTAURANTS, BEACH AND SWIMMING POOLS WERE VERY GOOD. IT WAS AN ENJOYABLE STAY AT A FABULOUS RESORT

Housekeeping staff are exceptional, guest services also fantastic and helpful. U fortunayely the main breakfast dining at Tirta was below expectation considering the rest of the resort holds itself in high regard. A bit of a disapponting experience. Would probably not stay again
